Default The first helmet i could pick up with my bicycle

This untouched and uncleaned M18 ET66/ Reichswehr reissue came out of an attic in Bad Homburg/Hessen. Only 8 km away from my home so i was able to pick it up by bike! Not a beauty Queen but to get a helmet out of the neighbourhood is always something special.

Very nice one, your contact with the house-cleaning people is gold. Anyway, isn't this more like a late war reissue?

Superb untouched condition, did you wear it home on the bike? Regards, Bill

Oh yes indeed. Networking is the key. Unfortunately still waiting for a "knock knock" at my door inviting a neighbour who is getting tired of his grandfathers SS helmet...
