you need a WaA135 mag to go with your pistol. The 706 marked mags were extra msgs for the p38's. The 135 marked mags were made by mauser but they were not numbered to pistols. vitas

I have three mags now to go with my BYF, two WaA706 jvd an a WaA135. I also have two extra 359 mags one with serial number one without. These I picked up a few years ago along with my ac41 with matching mag and my ac43 with non matching mags which my Son now has. At the time I thought the 706 was correct. My Mauser is a late 1944-early 1945...So the WaA135 is the correct mag? Or all three? Thanks.
