Time to buy was right after the USSR broke up.. Pay and get your visa for Ukraine,,Poland you didn't need,,,and there was plenty of good German and soviet stuff.
The big tourist buy back then was the jet fighters helmet! They did look cool!
Mid 90s I just had SO much soviet stuff.. SO between selling it and 2 house losing floods most gone now. .

I like Soviet propaganda post cards,,,and soviet military theme porcelain.. I don't have much.. Maybe 200 PCs,,and 10 pieces of porcelain.. I like the earlier the better!

I don't buy PCs anymore as I have what I really like. It'd have to be something really special and just don't see it. The porcelain,,I'm kind of satisfied what I have too. The prices got out of hand and really don't see much outstanding [to me] pieces out there.. BUT,,if it wasn't gigantic, and really cool looking, I'd go for something....
