Looks more like straps for flare gun ammo pouch.

IMO post war like Bundeswehr. There are no sliding passer ????

Is it only possible to see what looks like a true Zf39 can strap ? I made a search on the forum and was not able to find one.
A similar strap is shown p74 in Ausrustung Vol 2 with a grenade laucher pouch. I can post the pic if it's permit.

No BW IMO. As I mentioned loosk like carrying straps for signal ammo pouch or some sort of these type stuff. Looks to me a mid to late war piece ( not painted bu simply zinc galvanized ).
