Default stragnge blue bradbag? pleas help!

Hello just got this one from a rooftop, has any of you seen such? It's clearly a ww1 style one, but for which organization was this made?
Thanks!

Yes it says, "Nicht zum Verkauf an die NSDAP und deren Gliederungen" So "not for sale for the NSDAP and it's formations" I've never seen such, any Idea about who wore these?
Thanks!

Yes it's postwar...post ww1 ...anyway I'm sure it's period, but the tag is strange for me as well, never seen such before....but it does not mean it's a fantasy piece...

Any chance of more photos showing inside and back details, also closer pic of the tag? Is there any markings or stamps anywhere?

Since NSDAP is on the tag, likely made early -mid 1930's. So, how many non-NSDAP organizations would be active then? My guess is authentic, why would anyone go through all the tedious and time consuming trouble to make an authentic looking tag to sew on an unknown bread bag.

IMHO, maybe for one of the many "Hilfs Polizei" militias formed in occupied countries early on, color would fit.
