Default Liebermuster image study!

Found this while surfing the web!
"Beute Leibermuster" !! In Russian use! Not sure if it was shown before..
Photo is dated September 7th, so well after the hostilities ended...
My guess Soviet forces in Occupied Czechoslovakia. Can anybody read/translate the text?

Technically the Leibermuster pattern is an einheitztarn (universal camo) meaning not strictyl intended for the SS
and actually mostly photographed in Heer use...
but since its associated with SS most often, I am posting it in this section!
