Default Saxon/Brunswick ribbon bar

Gentlemen,

I thought I would share with you a new ribbon bar I received recently.

The ribbon bar is in very nice condition.

Note the swords on the Brunswick KVK ribbon. Perhaps a subsititue for the "Bewährung" device or a way to denote the award being made for bravery and not merit?

Kind regards
Pierce

Nice one, but I don't think the "Brunswick swords" are a subsititue for the "Bewährungs" device... rather "seen action". But we'll never know.
