MP38? ID question

I need help with this MP38(?). I have same pictures from the seller. Could you please tell me if they are real or fake?

Wouldn't call it an MP38, as not even half the parts are MP38. It is made up of mixed parts. Now, how to know if those are real, that's a bit tricky, as both are being reproduced, so in that condition....anyhow, I would dare to say they do look original.
