Default Need Help w/Multi-Marking Luft Belt

If anyone can please help me to better understand & perhaps decipher the markings on the attached belt it would be greatly appreciated. Here below is what I can make out & in top-to-bottom order of the markings:

"LP", "REP" or "RFP" (?)
LBA - (Luftwaffe acceptance mark)
1935 - (maybe some markings added after 1935?)
I.Flak-R.218 - (?...Flak-Regiment...?) *I was unable to find any reference to a flak regiment #218 in my research.
"Otto..." or "Dotto..." (first name of maker?)
"Lu..." (beginning of maker address?)
"e..n..i..e..ish 13 or 17" (address?)
"Berlin" (city?)

Besides weathering & light stamping, the markings are also obscured by what appears to me to be traces of an original white coloring that was part of the stamping process. Many thanks for any and all help & comments!

Best,
Adam

Perhaps the "LP" at top is actually "REP" or "RFP"? Thanks again!

I read Flak R 28.

The number 28 is stamped on top of another thing which I think is a II with a 90 degrees angle.

Hi,

Looks like the maker mark is for Otto Jahnke, Berlin.

OTTO JAHNKE
LEDERWARENFABRIK
BERLIN 1935

Have a look at this thread:

http://www.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=260061

It shows a DLV buckle, also from 1935.

Hope this helps.

Mark
