Looks perfectly war time issue to me. The ribbon mount is correct and well done on this example. This is not usually an expensive medal so fakes are not that much of a problem here.
Price is on the high side...sometimes with some patience you can find these for half that.

The jump ring appears to have been resoldered. A better and less expensive example can definitely be found.

Looks genuine to me...
However, that is extremely high for this one IMO!
On another note, the map underneath it is North Afrika. Romanians did not go there to fight communists..

And the best of all is, that this a..h...-company decides, that it's forbidden for Germans and Austrians to see items produced IN GERMANY and made for GERMANS. What a dumb world...
