Yes, you must look really hard. I've also found some by asking around. Here are two more I just picked up: tropical breast eagle and cap trapezoid. Although not cut, I couldn't resist the "droop tail" eagle!

I saw this interesting display at the Diekirch museum in Luxembourg. An AG wrap that obviously had its left collar and eagle cut off/out, presumably by a GI. Restored after the war and now on display. An interesting view of what souvenir-hunting GIs left behind!

I am behind on posting new finds, but here is one which appeared on this thread before and I recently obtained. For the life of me I can't imagine why someone would cut up a Luft M42 (appears to be a NS eagle) but I think it is pretty unique.

Not military, but a Third Reich cut-off. The way the cap eagle is attached
is a nice touch. Will post the reverse next.
