German Medical pouch (Sanitasche) with eagle?

Hi guys,

Yesterday I've bought this medical pouch. Looks like a regular Wehrmacht medical pouch but it has a big eagle on the top of it? Something I've never seen before on a medical pouch.
Is someone able to give me some more information about this one?

Hi it looks like the sports eagle.John ie.the NSRL & DRL

Indeed! I see, thanks. But why this eagle on a medical pouch?

Never seen one before,must admit,but they must have had First aid people at sports events,can only assume its some sort of property stamp.
