piece of NVA or VoPo equipment

The guy who "gave" me all the uniforms and stuff said this was a piece of equipment . Well on NVA terms, I'd believe my grandmother earlier then my own thoughts, certainly on this item..... Say I have a dirty mind, but a lot thinks crossed that same mind, but probably none of it right.

It is actually quite heavy, good for bashing ones skull, but it's a little short for that.

It is indeed rubber. But it has a heavy core.
