Better get in contact with the naval museum at Kiel and tell them that they have a forgery.
From the sender of the pic " The original ship's bell of Admiral Scheer + painting of the WWI admiral (Battle of Jutland) at the naval monument at Kiel-Laboe 100km from the place where we live."
