A friend found these signal charges in the attic.
All signal charges are German but we do not know where to include those two rocket red and blue colors?
Are the parachute?
Are the German?
Please experts for answers.

the two green ones in the bottom picture look german to me, they should have (if they are indeed german) some kind of maker mark on the base
