Default Assmann Para Fake

Hi guys,

Be careful of the Assmann Para on Carsten Baldes' update this morning, it is a Staegemeir fake!

Stay on your toes gents...

Thanks for the 'heads up', Tom. As you probably recall, I have been sceptical of the L64 Paras for a couple of years now. Seems like all of a sudden, they started showing up everytime you turned around.

Regards,
Mark

Mark - are you skeptical of all L/64? They clearly were produced...

You can really seem some of the differances on the example on pages 92-93 in your book Tom. A very dangerous badge if you don't pay attention.

Some are unquestionably original, I have had them from vets before. These look really good, how do you tell the originals from the fakes? If you do not want to say over the forum I would be grateful for a pm.
Thanks!
Bob

Hi Nick,

I am not skeptical of my two L/64 Paras, my L/64 Pilot, or my L/64 Flak. I am saying that the market seems to have been flooded with repro L/64 Paras over the last couple of years, so, as Tom says, am very careful.

Mark

Hey Babe,

For you, anything. Sorry I wasn't clear the first time around.
