These were used on many types of various artillery guns, no way to tell which one specifically. These were provided to mobile 7,5 cm guns, like the Stug, or Hummel, and others or the 7,5 cm , 10,5 cm howitzers and larger.

It could have been a part of any size or type artillery gun. no way to tell.

Yes, that's a Rblf36. It's an arty periscopic sight used among others, with Stug III long barrel for indirect fire. Your's looks in nice original condition.
