I like em salty, and I see the collar tabs as worn and not mint at all but....
IMO they have been resewn as the sloppy sewing shows on the underside of the collar, No tailor would side step his pride and allow as fine peice as this out the door with the tabs sewn like this! but..... these may have been hand sewn on by the owner when promoted? so its possible they are wartime sewn?
I added a shot of the assembly line tab sewing on my lowly issued Flak NCO FB for comparisons sake.
I really like this tunic overall!
