Default New Arrivals

Got a couple of new pieces this weekend, first is a scarce Imperial style EK2 by Deumer!
MM'd "3" on the ribbon ring, core is magnetic, and the frame is the usual Deumer 57 style with a nice burnished finish to it...........027.JPG

And finally, thanks to Rudiger, for these S&L Oaks, which have lost almost all their silver finish, showing the tombak base metal, but it gives us a good chance to look at the S&L die flaws.........030.JPG

Hi Nigel,

Thanks for bringing our section back to life ... its been way too long since new stuff got posted here .

I like all of these pieces ..... .

The Deumer 1914 EK2 with wartime frame and assembled postwar ... a leap trough time in just one EK .

The spange ... not much to add ... good quality and finish and nice to see the "o" mark there.

The S&L oaks ... I was almost tempted to buy them myself, but seeing the finish is completely gone, I backed out.
But its a good reference piece and still a nice "1957 issue" set of oaks .

Grtz
Mathijs

I like the 1939 Spange a lot.

Thanks for the help with the 'Austrian Fakers' 57 group - I should have looked more carefully.

Cheers Ray!!
Unfortunately, now that early 57ers are fetching more money, the fakers are moving in!!!
