sadly the seller sent me the wrong picture, less attractive IMHO (1 won the second, but got the first

Here a Hauptmann out of Berlin. This officer is probably member of the 6. Inspektion, as there is a # 6 on his shoulder boards (such # are original for early Berlin Police forces).
