Maybe it's just my screen but from those pictures I would say that your new visor could very well be Veterinarian or General Staff. I have seen them in this shade before...

Yes all the hats of this factory I've handled the visor was fixed with few stitching hand.

I have a spare one of these silver bullion big fat chincords in my extras box. Does anyone know if these big-rope jobbies were special-order to suit one's whims, offered by all makers, or if they are only found on certain maker's caps ??

I was once told the wider chin cords were simply an option versus maker specific. RC
