Here's another snapshot, a moment in time with the happy Reichsbahn functionaries of Wehrmacht Verkehrs Direktion Paris and their French "colleagues" and still-stylishly dressed M'amselle secretaries, July 1943...

... and not a clue this is all going to end with Burt Lancaster and "The Train."

I have no idea where these soldiers are, or where they thought the "A** of the World" began. Maybe in Russland? An original photo picked up at a flea market in Schweinfurt.

I rember seeing that on another forum, it was a diffrent photo but same sign, and it said on the back, Cezchlaslavika.
