Can someone identify these german generals? Unique foto!

Who are the people in these foto? Just bought this picture. It measure 18x24cm, this one will be for sale in a couple of weeks. first need to get my association member fixed.

Here it is. I can see Blomberg in the middle and Raeder 2nd from right (after 'you know who')

Konrad was Kommandierender Adm of Marinestationskmdo Ostsee here. retired on 31.12.39. So can't be Puttkammer he only made KonteAdmiral in 1943.

2L was VizeAdm Alfred Saalwächter (so between 02.04.35 and 01.06.37) as Inspekteur d Bildungswesens d Marine

1L, just a guess, KonterAdm Karl Witzell (between 01.09.33 - 01.12.35) Leitung d WaffenAbt d Marinewaffenamtes

Konter Adm next to Raeder --- only gaunt faced Adm I can jam in for this time period -- could be Herbert Goehl, retired and reactivated as Territorial Offz in 03.36 before leading Economics Dept in 1936... but timing would be off
