18 Year Case

Default 18 Year Case
Anyone ever see a case like this? It is maroon in color, like many of the later LDO boxes, and it has a light brown interior. I thought is might be for an RAD Women's medal, but the "18" logo is wrong for RAD. Could this be for a Danzig Police 18-Year Cross?
