Default Iron Sky

Hey everyone!

For all of you who are fans of Sci-Fi/fictional Nazi movies, you've got to check this out. To me, it's the most anticipated movie of all time, within that genre. It's a European Sci-Fi/comedy movie that takes place in the year 2018.
The way the story goes, is that after the end of WWII, several Nazis escaped and went to the moon. There, they set up a new base where they developed flying saucers. Now, after 70 years, they are coming back to invade Earth and get revenge. Very cool and very original, IMO.

Here is a picture of one of the flying saucers and also take a look at the tuxedo. Perhaps they found a use for Kai Winkler's horde after all.

Anyway, I think it's playing in Europe already and you can see the awesome trailer at: www.ironsky.net

meh - after 70 years they would have simply taken out all the satellite surveillance and just nuked the parts of the Earth they didn't like (such as israel) Why invade first when you can push a few buttons beforehand.

Another Hollywood load of BS with the evil Nazis as the bad guys.

SS Collector,

What's not to like? Nazi uniforms. Chicks. Lots of guns. Nazi uniforms. Zeppelins and chicks. Flying saucers with guys in Nazi uniforms....holy crap, I'll watch it 50 plus times. I just paid for the whole movie, and we just found out why Kai has all those Tuxedo badges. What a riot...it is like one of my High School day dreams....I mean night time dreams. Did you see there's Nazi uniforms in it?

Way to go SS collector...thorough detective work on this stuff eventually pays off. Maybe the prices are so high on the badges because they been "space flown?" I want a flown Nazi space suit.

The answer Ludwig: too much.

I will go see this movie, looks funny and such an original idea

The reason they didn't nuke earth is that, because after 70 years, they could develop saucers and a way to live on the moon, but still couldn't make their nukes.

I agree - bring it on - the more "rot" from Hollywood the more popular this hobby will be - are you saying that the Hollywood movies in the 60s-90s didn't play any part in the surge in WW2 collecting in general?
