ddx 6x30 #205527 buyer notes

This set is currently on offer on german Ebay under # 270839786354 by zeugamt-berlin. This set was previously offered on German ebay on 20 September 2011 and at that point it had at least 10% paint loss from its case and had oxidation damage to prism screws and hinge As you will note below from the photos ddx 6x30 #205527 now looks like a very tidy original looking set.
I personally do not approve of quick buys and sales especially when it involves altering the appearance of an historical item to "add value" for a quick sale.
What do Forum members think about this practice?
