How to size up Flecktarn jackets, shirts, and pants

Does anyone know how to or is a method to get the size in inches of BW Flecktarn shirts, jackets, and pants (i.e converting a Gr. Nr. 12 pant to US inches)? Please clue me in as obviously I am clueless.......

Hi there,

12 = Waist 85 cm = 33,5 inch
Inseam 85 cm = 33,5 inch
Length 115 cm = 45 inch

Its like a Med. Long.
