Judging from the order and the decoation present it does not make any sense?

100% wrong for a English recipiant and not correct for a forgien recipeant.

If this person was a Commonwelath citizen the order owuld be the

OBE,QQM then the two forgien orders.

If a forgien diplomat then the order, no matter what county he or she was from, is not correct

How could he get the QQM (1953) before the GV OBE

So most likely just a bunch a minis stuck together and put into a spare high steet jewlers box.


No way that this jewler was making/selling minis there product was all high end silverware and jewlery.


And one other thing the OBE would not be awarded to a diplomat it would be the CMG.
