Thank you for the picture. When you said "they removed" you meant Yugoslavs? So, the M 1917 (or 1918) Austrian dagger had Austrian or Austro-Hungarian coat of arms on the blade, right?

BTW, the picture you provided is of a second model Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes dagger. The first model had Yugoslavian coat of arms on the scabbard:

By any chance, do you have a picture of an actual M 1918 Austrian dagger? Because this one:
