Could be remnants of that,has sort of a crude SS rune look also. But never thought of label, makes sense!

Only scopes ive observed with the triangles are the zf-4 G/K 43 types indicating what enviroment they were tested for. Perhaps yours is more modern military?

8x magnification scopes were not used by WWII German snipers. Ive had a few and have around ten scopes for sale currently and have never seen that reticle, so guessing a nice sports/hunting scope

My guess is a souvenir flag produced for G.I. troops. Not manufactured by Japanese military. Ties on corners are wrong just for starters

Here are two photos off internet which show what I would expect to see, even late war would have crisp stampings, not necessarily neat but crisp, and these have the correct finish. Keep looking

Right off the top I would say no, buffed and refinished receiver, and need better photos of mount to determine if repro,,,if repro definitely not. Very strange color to the finish as well,...

Both blades show their age, blister on Wak and a few small openings here and there, but they dont need a polish anyway, will enjoy as is. Here are a couple of Wakizashi photos
