I think they are fine. With the piping underlay it may have been hard to sew the tresse on so they shifted it to miss the piping cloth. They Look 100% okay to me.

Yes, in the 1970s I found bring back several tunics that had the paper tag on the skirt. No collar tabs but only the eagle and the general no branch tabs.

Correct and everything is fine with the tunic and insignia. The pointed early boards like this without branch piping were worn until the end of the war.
