It looks like a good piece, but maybe not an officially RZM marked one? Seems to also be stylised in the form of a Luftwaffe eagle with a ribbon at the bottom of a swas.

But to flip the coin, sometimes the badge holder being linked could bear a significant meaning for the badge. Condition matters but the bearer of the badge could be important as well.
