In spite of the Crown/N commercial mark, most of these guns were privately purchased by Wehrmacht officers.

Pictures can be deceiveing and I would ask for a three days inspection, but I will throw my two cents.
The gun looks OK for a Spreewerke P38, with toolng marks and correct grips for this maker....
