For what it was worth, this matches an attributed WWII 14K BB&B officer's dolphin pretty well. Not pre-war, but BB&B made insignia through the war years, and for some time afterwards to my knowledge.

Agreed with above comments; most look like veterans medals and one does look like a GAR membership medal. The one with the rainbow ribbon is a WWI victory medal with 3 clasps- a nice find.
