I agree, a civil defense helmet. Conditions are not the best specially from the outside, but I think that a correct and careful cleaning would improve it greatly :)

You will find many 62s and 64s, and also size 66 it's not so hard to find. But sizes like 60, 68 and 70 are rather scarce, when not rare :)
