It does show a full maker name and location, not an RBNr...
These were already being issued in 1942 btw...

SS pattern Parka design but late war yes seen on Heer (army). I think the plan was to have everybody wear the same garments eventually. Liebermuster is another example of that in 1945.

P08 Luger magazine (foreign made)

I purchased this Luger magazine to go as a spare with my Dutch contact Luger.
Any comments on this type?
I assume commercial local (Dutch) production. (I would have expected "Made in Netherlands"...
