I dont understand you. Yougoslavia also stopped to exist in 1991 and so these can not be Yougoslavian soldiers.

There is no way to know. These were civilian items used by soldiers. The cross seems larger than any I have ever seen been found on the battlefields or with bodies, but anything was possible.
