Row 3 can be original.
Had this Style several times, especially with Kampfgruppen Bars.
They wanted to save the money for the "good" Hardware, so they used even Cardboard or Fiber.

Don't think the Stamp is the date as all early Belts I know have a groove next to the sides, newer, so after 1990 didn't had them so as the new ones with the missing strap and the Clip Buckle.

The Colours are like the London Scottish Hoses so my Idea was London or maybe Toronto Scottish.

Then 40 & 50 Jears of the Forces. (57&67).
Means to me that he was in the Forces for at least 30 Yrs....
