Just finished this book. I agree with Terry...

Just finished this book. I agree with Terry regarding the editing, but it didn't detract from the content.

Easy to read. And it was what I was looking for...the day - day living vs the army...

I don't know that I'd call tarnish on silver a patina.

Wood that has aged and been polished acquires a desirable...

I purchased a Czech (NOT British! :11doh:) bayonet yesterday and I would like to clean it. The hilt is sticky and dirty and I don't like it.

The article did say the stamps weren't used long because they were indeed inefficient. But...
