Blurry pics but looks OK. Meybauer was very prolific LDO cross manufacturer. This one looks like a late example based on pin and finishing.

Is this a Spain Cross converted to a Spanish Cross or a period done conversion??? Not the typical wear copy and at fifteen thousand pre commission start price, maybe something to think about before...

I saw the Otto Schickle clasp and then looked at the obverse and saw a Petz Lorenz eagle and hilt. Nice wartime piece with poor Otto's hardware.
