Many thanks, this album goes to Russia 1942 including Mariupol, Rostov, Krim and Dnjepr so I think 13.Pz.Div seems correct. There is also a pic of a wiking truck near Rostov alongside this main unit...

I'd disagree that German anti Bolshevik propaganda was excessive, I think given what later happened it was correct. The rest of that seems factually accurate.
