That's interesting, thank you sir! I was running with the assumption that the order in which the decorations were mounted, in this case at least, was a blend of precedence and chronological order...

Yeah, it's a pity that it isn't a more desirable Waffenfarbe but it was my first, and for years my only, cap and for central Colorado in the mid 80's it was the best I could find...
