These are made for tourists or as souvenirs and not worth much. There are a lot of variations, most are fantasies and a few are based on actual medals. You can find them on ebay.

It is not WWII, but post war when they redid their insignias to more like the US. When during post war is hard to say, but at least til 1950s or 60s.
