Presumably, all the other RG12D types have the their rating in mA after the D. The exception is the RG12D3, which is a double triode (essentially a pair of RG12D2's in one valve).

Probably an early war Luftwaffe clock, around 1941. It still has the "pre-war" clock face with luminescent paint on the numbers, while having the bakelite inner housing typical for late-war clocks....
