I cannot say for sure but the actual shell may be a real one but everything else, the liner, the pins, the paint, etc. is all fake. I am not sure how long have they been producing fake shells?

I cannot say that the German military never produced those but I have only seen pullover sweaters without buttons and they had green stripes. The German Bundeswehr did have sweaters similar to that.

There are some strong similarities to Swedish...

There are some strong similarities to Swedish military wool and lining material from the early 40s but nothing that I saw could say for certain that they were Swedish.

I would say that the shell, the pins, the liner and the bands were originally made in Germany but have been used by at least one other country after the war.
