Red Star serial number puts it around late 1944 or early '45 and The Order of the Patriotic War second class would be early 1945.

I suppose they could be from the Soviet- Afghan conflict, but they look to be made for the tourist/ISAF troops. The tanks look suspiciously like the LAV.

Upon reading Tony Le Tissier's book 'Race to the Reichstag' he mentions on two occasions that the 295th Rifle Division also took part in fighting for the Reichsbank (P.169 and 179)
