Look in the inside of the flaps.
I have seen these kind of pouches many times with a stamp GBA 1947.
They are austrian conversions for use by the Gendarmerie.

The FD stamp is believed to mark clothing that were to be used for training purposes.
Feind Darsteller = enemy player .

Fellow collectors ,
when I was a kid in the sixties and early seventies my late father used to own a used car dealership in Linz / Austria .
From time to time he had some Kübelwagens on his lot....

You have here a very nice helmet.
The triangle Cilli stamp means that this particular helmet was
refurbished at the A.Westen factory in Cilli.

So nothing to worry ! 100% good...
