The tunic looks like an early Reichwehr/Reichsheer tunic. It has 8 front botton closure and slanted lower pockets. The eagle looks like very poor quality' It does not look like having any tailor name...

I do not know about M 43 caps. I like the base tunic. I own an M 43 tunic with the same eagle and stitching method. On my tunic the stitches do not go acrross the lining

I used to have an EM tunic M 40 in Dutch wool. The eagle was identical including the way it was attached to the tunic.
