Nico,

Ralph starts off saying that hosting is banning on the East German Forum but next he says it is banned on all of the WAF. A little confusing. If I understand the new rules, anyone can post pictures on the WAF without paying to become a member. As for funding the WAF, I asked Ralph that question in his post on the East German forum and he said he would get back to me with an answer but I haven't heard anything yet.
