For the interesting parties I attach the Table of Contents. I am now in the extreme fine-tunig phase and my wife and George are busy proof reading. The book will go to the printer as planned!

Yes, but not much. From my research it was never implemented in any significat style, if at all.

Yes Dietrich ... a method sounding great on paper with a promised production of 1000 crosses a day but .... as they are absolutely so hard to find ... which points to unexpected problems .
